Shashi's low-fat Banana Bahar -- A cool dessert for hot summer days.

Preparation Time:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain skim milk yogurt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 ripe banana cut in thin slices
  • A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Stir yogurt in a bowl till it has a smooth consistency.
  2. Add sugar and cardamom and mix well.
  3. Add banana slices and mix gently.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
