The first class starts on the first date listed above and the last class is on the
second date listed above, making for 5 classes in total. All classes
start at 6pm and end at 9pm. Our classes are workshop-style,
and we keep our class size small, 5-6 people per class on first come first serve basis.
We are located on Queens Quay near the Toronto Habourfront on a TTC Route and within
walking distance from most offices in downtown Toronto.

Learn to make all varieties of samosas, from the traditional type to health baked spinach to cheese and chutney.

| Paneer & Tofu Workshop |

In this workshop, we will focus on Paneer (Indian-style cheese) and Tofu (for vegans) by exploring how to make Paneer ourselves and use it in dishes like Palak Paneer/Tofu, Butter Paneer/Tofu and others.

A whole seminar on making traditional vegetarian Biryani dishes! Biryani is a rice-based dish made with vegetables, spices, and somtimes nuts.

- $65 per person (3-hour weekday seminar)
